This apartment, owned by an NRI family based in Singapore, was bought as an investment for use by expats living in the city of Chennai. Based on the target market, the design developed accordingly. Neutral colours, combined with sharp, textural elements in the kitchen and dramatic headboards all come together to create an ambience that resembles that of a hotel room. This, combined with unhindered views of the Bay of Bengal from the balconies, further enhance the feeling of contemporary living.
